Australian Breastfeeding Association South West WA Group
The Australian Breastfeeding Association (ABA) South West WA Group (formerly the Capes Group) offers local meetups in and around the Busselton, Margaret River, and Bunbury areas. They provide essential “mum-to-mum” support, face-to-face Breastfeeding Education Classes, and a ready-made social network for local parents.
Locals can access a variety of community and educational services:
- Social Meetups: The group hosts monthly meetups and cuppas at locations like the Carbunup River Hall, which features a fenced playground for older children.
- Breastfeeding Education Classes: Offered in Busselton, Margaret River, and Bunbury, these term-based classes help mums-to-be learn about breastfeeding before the baby arrives.
