The Radiance Network South West Inc is about collaboration, partnership, and the promotion of emotional wellbeing during early parenthood.
We strengthen community and family relationships by providing a platform that brings services together to support, build resilience, and enhance the emotional wellbeing of new parents. Radiance also aims to raise awareness around perinatal anxiety, depression and adjustment disorders and facilitate better pathways to care.

Vacancy: Bunbury Radiance Support Group Facilitator 2026-2027
The Bunbury Radiance Support Group meets for 1.5-2 hours a week during school term. The facilitator gets paid 4 hours a week to allow for administration, advocacy and staff meetings. The job will start in Term 1 of 2026.
Selection Criteria
- Lived experience with perinatal mental health challenges and commitment to using that experience to support others.
- Certificate IV (or equivalent) in Mental Health.
- Demonstrated ability to facilitate peer groups in a safe, recovery-oriented, culturally responsive and trauma-informed manner.
- Proven capacity to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Understanding of quality and safety systems, including incident reporting, confidentiality and professional boundaries.
- Demonstrated commitment to partnership with consumers and continuous service improvement.
Applicants need:
- Provide minimum proof of identity requirements.
- Hold current First Aid certificate and hold, or obtain, a Mental Health First Aid certificate.
- Hold or obtain a valid Working With Children Check.
- Provide a National Police Clearance (less than 6 months old).
- Obtain or hold a current C Class driver’s licence.
It is highly recommended that the applicant is based in Bunbury and surrounds as Radiance is unable to cover time spent/costs for driving from other towns.
