Lorrae has lived and worked in the South West for the past 30 years. She is a retired CEO of the community mental health organisation, Lamp Inc. Prior to that, her career included working in Aged Care and Justice and Adult Education. Lorrae’s qualifications include a BA Sociology, BA Education and Studies in Policy and Procedures. She also hold a post graduate in Adult Education. Lorrae is a mum of three, has been married for 50 years with two grandchildren and she loves gardening, travel, walking trips and community connections.

Jo is a Provisional Psychologist with experience in perinatal and infant mental health, trauma-informed care, and family wellbeing. A mother of three with lived experience of perinatal mental health challenges, Jo is committed to improving support for parents and families across the South West.

Her background spans community services, early intervention, and maternal mental health support, giving her insight into both systemic and personal factors that influence wellbeing. Jo is passionate about connection, compassion, and ensuring families feel supported through every stage of parenthood.

I am a Certified Practicing Accountant (CPA) with a strong focus on community and not-for-profit financial management. For the past three years, I have been the Senior Accountant at Lamp Inc., a leading mental health organisation in Busselton, where I have strengthened financial reporting, compliance, and budgeting to support services for people with mental health needs and their families.
 
Having recently made the South West my home, I value being part of a close-knit community and enjoy using my skills to make a tangible difference locally. With extensive experience in management accounting and stakeholder engagement, I bring a collaborative approach and commitment to community outcomes. As Treasurer of Radiance South West, I am dedicated to ensuring responsible financial stewardship while helping to enable programs that positively impact families and the broader community.

Anne Mackay is the MD at the Radiance Network South West, a mother of four and a grandmother. She has dedicated her life to nurturing and caring through nursing and is known for her vibrant and kind nature.

Anne’s leadership has led to securing government funding for Radiance to run support groups throughout the South West and changed to an incorporated entity and professional organisation with paid staff. Under Anne’s direction, Radiance has garnered more support from the WA Government and the corporate sector, yet she always has an ear the ground to respond to community needs as required.

Choley MacNaughton, Mental Health Nurse

Originally from Liverpool, UK, Choley is a trained Mental Health Nurse and accomplished mental health leader with extensive experience across health, government, and the not-for-profit sectors. With advanced qualifications including a Master of Business, LLB (Law), and Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, Choley brings a unique blend of clinical expertise, governance knowledge, and strategic insight to Radiance South West.

Choley is passionate about creating innovative, sustainable models of care that address inequity and strengthen community wellbeing. Recognised for compassionate and results-driven leadership, Choley has successfully led cultural transformation, workforce development, and large-scale service improvements, consistently achieving outcomes that enhance both staff and client experiences. Choley is committed to supporting Radiance South West in its mission to improve perinatal mental health and wellbeing through collaborative, evidence-based, and person-centred approaches.

Christina Gammon, CEO South West Women’s Health and Information Centre

Christina is a Registered Nurse who has lived and worked in Perth, the Kimberley, the Gasgoyne and the Great Southern before moving to the South West. Christina expanded and broadened her study of health, completing a Bachelor of Complementary Medicine with Endeavour College of Natural Health in 2021, while also working in the online space supporting and mentoring mothers to take care of themselves and their families in a holistic way. Soon after moving to Donnybrook with her family Christina commenced in a Health Education role with South West Women’s Health and Information Centre and 2025 has seen Christina move into the CEO role at SWWHIC.

Christina is more passionate than ever about contributing to positive change in the women’s health space through this role. She is also mother to a tween daughter and two teen sons and loves making the most of the ‘Down South Lifestyle’ with her family when she is not at work.

Libby Mettam MLA, Deputy Leader of the Opposition, Deputy Leader of the WA Liberal Party; Shadow Minister for Health; Mental Health; Prevention of Family & Domestic Violence; Defence Industries and AUKUS

Libby entered politics in 2014 when she was elected as the Liberal Member for Vasse in Western Australia. She held the Parliamentary Party position of Whip in the Barnett Government. She now holds the important shadow portfolios of Health, Mental Health, Disability Services, the Prevention of Family and Domestic Violence, and Child Protection. Libby was voted Leader of the WA Liberal Party in early 2023. Prior to this, she held the position of Deputy Leader since 2020, and was again elected Deputy Leader in March 2025. Libby has a Bachelor of Arts (Broadcasting) from Edith Cowan University and a Masters in Public Administration (Public Policy) from Curtin University.

Libby is a grassroots local member. She is patron of a number of community groups including the Busselton Repertory Club, Dunsborough Yacht Club and Busselton Tennis Club, and has previously been involved in the Dunsborough Yallingup Chamber of Commerce and Industry and Busselton Chamber of Commerce. Libby lives in Dunsborough with her winemaker husband, Jonathan Mettam, and their chocolate Labrador Charlie while their daughters are now both pursuing careers in NSW and Victoria.

Mollie Rankin, Clinical Psychologist

Mollie is a mother to a beautiful and energetic little girl and a Clinical Psychologist working as a Perinatal Psychologist at Little Matters and a School Psychologist with the Department of Education. Since becoming a mother herself, Mollie has a deep appreciation for Matrescense and empathises with the many challenges, socioemotional and physical changes, disrupted sleep, and fatigue faced by parents and families during the perinatal period.

In her work as a Perinatal Psychologist, Mollie supports all people through the changes and challenges of pre-conception, pregnancy, and postpartum, and grief and loss in the perinatal period. She is passionate about supporting parents to be the parents they hope and wish to be.
